Cancellation Policy

Month to Month Recurring Services: Clients who are signed up on a month to month basis for any of our recurring services, must give a full one (1) month notice of cancellation of services, regardless of the reason. This means that a payment for the services that are recurring will still be processed in full for your final month. We do not waive this final month of payment, but you as our client will need to pay even if you do not want us to continue providing you the services. Our team will gladly continue to service your account through the final month unless otherwise notified by you, the client.

** An example of canceling while in the above "month to month" situation: if the client (you) would like FNMNL Media (us) to stop servicing your account and billing you by end of February, you must notify us by January 1st that you want to cancel your subscription with us. A full payment will still be processed as usual on February 1st and our team will service your account, unless asked to not service the account. Requesting we not service your account does not mean we will refund the payment processed on February 1st, that be in full, partial or in any amount.

Paid In Advance Recurring Services: Clients who have paid in advance for any of our recurring services, must also give a full one (1) month notice of cancellation of services, regardless of the reason. A final full month will be billed at the rate of your monthly payment breakdown of whatever in advance payment plan you are. We do not waive this final month of payment, but you as our client will need to pay even if you do not want us to continue providing you the services. Our team will gladly continue to service your account through the final month unless otherwise notified by you, the client.

** An example of canceling while in the above "paid in advance" situation: if the client (you) paid FNMNL Media in full on January 1st for 3 months of service, and would like FNMNL Media (us) to stop servicing your account and billing you by end of March, you must notify us by February 1st that you want to cancel your subscription with us. Our team will continue to service your account through end of March, unless asked to not service the account. Requesting we not service your account does not constitute the processing of refund, that be in full, partial or in any amount. If you notify us of cancellation after February 1st, we will still process a full payment on March 1st.

All cancellations on recurring services, must be submitted to us by email request to team@fnmnlmedia.com at least 30 days before your next recurring payment processes. All recurring billing is run on the day you signed up with us, every month. If you are not sure what day that is, please check with your account manager, check your bank statement or email us directly.

If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please reach out by email to team@fnmnlmedia.com, we are happy to help!

Refund Policy

We have a strict "No Returns" or "No Refunds" policy, which means once you pay an invoice or a payment is processed for a service / product, we will not issue a refund, no matter the circumstances or reason. A time delay, in a project / delivery of a service, does not constitute a break in any perceived agreement the client believes FNMNL Media entered into.

If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please reach out by email to team@fnmnlmedia.com, we are happy to help!
